Please download the file "Second Life City Download version" 

  1.  Go to the library and open the zipped folder 
  2. Then open the  application 'city' 
  3. A popup would come  click on extract all and then click on enter key 
  4. The files would be extracted then repeat Then repeat 2
  5. The game would load
